The Energy Performance Certificate Register’s interface service can be used to retrieve the energy certificate information of an individual building, using search keys. The certificate information is available in PDF and CSV format. 

The Energy Performance Certificate Register contains energy performance certificates drawn up after May 2015. The register is maintained by Ara.

What is required for use?

The service is subject to a fee, and its use requires a data permit granted by the Housing Finance and Development Centre of Finland (Ara). In addition, Ara and the user enter into a separate agreement on the use of the service.

What is the cost of joining and using the service?

A subscription fee is paid for joining the interface service and an annual fee for using the interface. You can find our performance prices on Ara's website.

How can I access the service?

Apply for a data permit and join the test version with an application found in the API Catalogue.
